摘要
校长是一种被明确界定的职业类别,校长职业的专业化是校长职业发展的必然趋势。就校长个体而言,校长专业化是指校长在专业精神、专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理、自我专业意识等方面持续发展的过程,即内在专业结构不断更新、演进和丰富的过程。制约校长专业化最重要的因素是校长管理制度,应该依据人力资源管理理论建立和完善校长管理制度,通过制度建设促进校长的专业化进程。
Principal has been clearly defined a s a profession and its specializatio n is inevitable.As far as the individual principal is concerned,the principal' s specialization refers to the proce ss of sustained development in such aspects as specialized spirit,specialized knowledge,specialize d ability,specialized ethics and sp ecialized awareness,i.e.the process of constant renewal,development and enrich ment in the specialized structure.T he key factor restricting the principal' s specialization is the system of man aging principals,so we should,base d on the theory of human resources,establis h and perfect the system of managing p rincipals.
