摘要
校长专业化成为未来一段时期内校长队伍建设的核心理念,若要使校长专业化顺利进行,完善的校长管理制度是必不可少的。但目前我国的中小学校长的管理制度还存在许多问题,需要构建完整、相关联的校长制度体系,而不是相互之间的"脱节"制度。
Professionalized headmasters become the principal construction core concept in the next period, the principals specialized proceed smoothly, principal management system is essential. management system of China＇s primary and secondary school principals but there are still many problems, the need to build a complete, principals associated institutional system, rather than a ＂disconnect＂ between the systems.
