口服花菜汁对大鼠肝脏谷胱甘肽转移酶、还原型谷胱甘肽及细胞色素P_(450)的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究了花菜汁对大鼠肝脏谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平及细胞色素P_(450)含量的影响。成年Splague—Dawley大鼠随机分为3组,每组12只,雌雄各半。3组动物分别用灌胃法给予花菜汁0、2.5、10.0ml/kg,每日2次,连续4周。结果显示,给花菜汁的2组动物肝细胞GST活性分别比对照组增加51.3%和66.7%;给花菜汁10.0ml/kg组肝脏GSH水平比对照组提高60.1%;细胞色素P_(450)含量在各组之间无显著差异。说明花菜在肿瘤预防中有一定实用意义。 In the present study the effects of cauliflower juice on glutathione S-transferase (GST) ac tivity, glutathione (GSH) level and cytochrome P450 content in the liver of rats were investigated. Young adult Splague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups with 12 (6 males and 6 females) for each group. The rats were given the cauliflower juice 0, 2. 5 and 10. 0 ml/kg respectively, by gavage twice a day for four weeks. The results showed that the GST activities in the two cauliflower juice treated groups were increased by 51. 3% and 66. 7% respectively, compared with that of the control group. The GSH level in the 10. 0 ml/kg cauliflower juice treated group was incresed by 60. 1 % compared with that of the control group. But no significant difference in cytochrome P460 level was found among all the three groups. These results indicated that the domestic cauliflower or its juice may be useful in chemoprevention of cancer.
