高等职业教育在我国已作为高等教育的重要组成部分进入了一个规模发展的阶段 ,本文分析了现行高职学院师资队伍的现状和高职教育对教师的要求 ,并提出了高职学院加强“高素质 ,双师型”
As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education has stepped into the stage of development on a certain scale in our cowntny.The authors analyze the status of teaching staff in higher vocational institutes and requirements for teacher needed by higher vocational education.They also propose some measures to strengthen the building of high quality and doubleskilled teachers.
