摘要
本文就成人高等教育在已取得规模发展的条件下，如何致力于内涵建设，着力追求“出好人才”进行了探讨。
The article probed into the problem of how to grasp the essentials and bring up people of exceptional ability under the present condition of adult higher education development on a large scale.It suggested that educational administrative departments should deepen the understanding and strive to form effective mechanism.
