摘要
本文提出了培养复合型管理人才的产学研合作教育模式 ,即以课程学习为核心 ,培养扎实的理论基础 ;以科学研究为桥梁 ,培养创新思维与能力 ;以生产劳动为手段 。
This paper puts forward a cooperatively deucational modeo of enterprise,that is,university and science research institute,it trains students by curriculums studying,scientific research and productive practice.
