世界已进入 2 1世纪。为培养高素质的人才高校必须深化教育改革。经理论探讨和实践试点得出 :产学研结合办学机制是在市场经济体制下培养应用型人才的最佳定位。这是因为这种机制具备了能体现产学研结合办学特色的管理机制及各种类型的运作机制。例如 :“董事会”、“三明治”
The world has entered into the 21st century.In order to bring up talents of high quality,higher institutions must reform education intensely.By means of theoretical exploration and practical test in system of market economy the best location is the system of running schools on the ECR combination base,which is bringing up talents of applied type.Because of that this system has been provided with new management and various operation systems which can embody the characters of running schools on the ECR combination base.For example:'board of directors','sanmingzhi',etc.
