摘要
介绍了运用AspenTech公司的动态矩阵控制 (DMCplus)技术 ,通过现场阶跃测试获取装置的动态数学模型 ,并运用AspenTech公司的质量计算软件包与产品质量指标数据校正相结合等手段 ,使DMCplus控制器在吸收稳定单元上顺利投用成功。运行表明 ,先进控制能够克服装置及设备的瓶颈 ,保证装置的平稳运行 。
A successful application of DMCplus technology for Gas Recovery Unit at Sinopec Qilu refinery is presented. By using DMCplus, inferential quality software and lab update technologies we have successfully implemented advanced process control for gas recovery unit, covering absorbing column, secondary absorber, and stabilizer. Current commission result indicates that the DMCplus controller can overcome bottleneck of the unit, ensure stable and safety operation of unit, achieve significant economy benefits.
