摘要
原油蒸馏装置是炼油厂原油加工的龙头装置,由于具有强耦合、非线性、大时滞及干扰不可测等特性,常规的PID控制很难保证所有的被控变量始终稳定在其允许的范围内。针对这一问题,以锦西石化分公司南蒸馏装置为对象,研究了先进控制技术在常减压装置上的应用。该技术采用HONEYWELL的多变量鲁棒预估技术(RMPCT)控制器和最小二乘(PLS)的软仪表技术,主要包括:基于PLS的软仪表开发、常压炉和减压炉出口温度先进控制、初馏塔/常压塔和减压塔的产品质量或关键变量实现多变量协调控制。实际运行结果表明,采用先进控制技术可有效提高装置的平稳率,实现卡边控制,达到节能降耗的目的,为进一步提高效益创造条件。
Crude oil distillation unit is a leading device in the process of crude oil processing in refinery. In the actual process,due to the characteristics such as time varying,nonlinear,strong coupling and the random and non-detectable,the conventional PID control is difficult to guarantee that all the controlled variables are always stable in the range of their permitted limits. To solve this problem,in this paper,the application of advanced control technology in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is studied as the South distillation unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company taken as the object. The technique uses RMPCT(Robust Multivariable Predictive Control Technology)controller of HONEYWELL company and least squares(PLS) soft instrument technology. The specific content contains: soft instrument development based on the PLS,advanced control of the outlet temperature of atmospheric furnace and vacuum furnace,and the realizable multivariable coordination control for the product quality or key variables of the first distillation column and the vacuum tower. As a result,the actual running results show that the application of advanced control technology can not only improve the stability of the device effectively but also realize card edge control. Besides,it can achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption,and furtherly create the conditions to improve the product efficiency.
