摘要
为提高分子筛脱蜡过程的效率 ,降低消耗 ,用模拟移动床动态吸附模型对分子筛脱蜡过程进行了模拟计算。结果表明 :以一定方式降低脱附剂的流量 ,正构烷烃的纯度及收率都能符合技术指标的要求。这一结果为分子筛脱蜡过程提供了一种降低原材料消耗进而降低能耗的双重降耗机制理论 。
Simulated moving-bed (SMB) adsorption is used for the separation of paraffins,i.e.,dewaxing by molecular sieve,which is one of the important processes in the production of alkyl benzene.In order to increase the efficiency and reduce the consumption of desorbent and energy,the modeling of simulated moving-bed adsorption was studied.The calculated results show that both the purity and yield of straight chain paraffins can meet with the technical standards by carefully and gradually decreasing the amounts of desorbents in the course of molecular sieve dewaxing and thus decreasing the cost of production of alkylbenzene as a whole.
