摘要 采用载铜吸附剂进行了变压吸附回收高炉气中CO的工业侧线试验 ,考察了载铜吸附剂与 5A分子筛分别用于回收高炉气中CO时的产品纯度和CO的回收率 ,试验结果表明 ,载铜吸附剂对高浓度N2 中的CO有很好的选择性 ,其性能优于 5A分子筛。从技术经济角度分析了两步变压吸附法应用于高炉气中CO回收的可行性、环境效应和经济效益。 With the Cu(I)-carrier adsorbent, rare earth compounds and activated carbon, spot tests for recovering CO from blast furnace gases by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) were carried out, and the product purity and CO recovery by the adsorbent or 5A zeolite molecular sieve were tested.The results show that with the adsorbent CO selectivity and process performance are better than that with 5A zeolite molecular sieve at the high concentration of N_2. Under the consideration of process economics, it is shown that two PSA processes, one for removal of CO_2 and H_2O and the other for recovery of CO, can be used for the treatment of the gases from blast furnace. Thus, it is possible for both the elimination of pollution from CO and the benefit from the recovery of CO.
