抗心律失常药物在埋藏式心脏复律除颤器患者中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 埋藏式心脏复律除颤器 (ICD)已经成为持续性室性心动过速或心室颤动患者的主要治疗模式。尽管它能够有效终止室性心律失常 ,但对于有威胁生命的心律失常患者 ,抗心律失常药物仍是重要的辅助治疗 ,对于频繁发作的有症状的室性或室上性心动过速患者更是如此。为达到最大的预防和治疗效果常需合用ICD和药物治疗。本文根据临床试验的结果 ,综述了抗心律失常药物在ICD患者中使用的趋势、用药的指征。
