生物反馈联合电刺激及盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底康复的疗效观察 被引量:5

Observation of effect of biofeedback combined with electric stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation

摘要 目的分析产妇产后联合应用生物反馈、电刺激和盆底肌锻炼对其盆底康复的影响。方法任选80例2017年1月至2018年11月期间在三门峡市中心医院分娩的产妇,随机分为两组,研究组40例产妇给予盆底肌锻炼、生物反馈和电刺激治疗,对照组40例单纯给予盆底肌锻炼,比较两组治疗2个月后的盆底康复情况。结果研究组治疗后的阴道肌张力为(92.3±5.8)cm H2O,阴道肌电压为(5.76±1.25)μV,夜尿次数为(2.2±0.8)次,与对照组比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组发生率为22.5%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌锻炼与生物反馈及电刺激联合应用于阴道分娩产妇,可有效改善产妇产后盆底肌张力,降低其产后尿失禁、子宫脱垂等并发症发生率,改善产妇生活质量,可推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of postpartum combined application of biofeedback, electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise on the pelvic floor rehabilitation of puerpera. Methods Totally 80 women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. In the research group, 40 women were given pelvic floor muscle exercise, biofeedback and electrical stimulation, while in the control group, 40 women were given pelvic floor muscle exercise alone, and their pelvic floor rehabilitation status was compared two months after treatment.Results After treatment, the vaginal muscle tension was(92.3±5.8) cm H2O, the vaginal muscle voltage was(5.76±1.25)μV, and the number of nocturia was(2.2±0.8) times, which were statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 2.5% in the study group and 22.5% in the control group, with significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation can effectively improve postpartum pelvic floor muscle tension, reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence, uterine prolapse and other complications, and improve maternal quality of life, which can be widely used.
