生物反馈电刺激治疗轻中度女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的 观察生物反馈电刺激在治疗轻、中度女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效.方法 选择38例轻、中度女性尿失禁患者,使用Stmogyn BIO2001电刺激生物反馈治疗仪进行治疗, 2个疗程治疗结束后3个月门诊随诊,随访6个月.结果 治疗后患者的每天平均漏尿次数和盆底肌肌电值得到明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),总有效率达95%.结论 生物反馈电刺激疗法能够有效地治疗轻、中度女性压力性尿失禁.
