摘要
随着我国人口老龄化问题日渐严峻以及“大众创业,万众创新”的不断推进,充分利用老年人力资源,鼓励老年人创业逐渐受到政府和学者关注。利用2015年CGSS数据,分析了老年人力资本对城镇老年人创业意愿的影响。研究发现,年龄越小、健康状况越好的老年人创业意愿越高,参与医疗保险会提高老年人创业意愿,参与养老保险会降低老年人创业意愿,老年男性的创业意愿主要受自身人力资本积累的影响,而老年女性的创业意愿主要受保障措施的影响。
With the increasingly serious aging of China’s population and continuous advancement of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, the government and scholars have gradually paid attention to making full use of the resources of the elderly and encouraging the elderly to start their own business. Based on 2015 CGSS data, this paper analyzes the impact of seniors’ capital on the entrepreneurial willingness of the urban elderly. It’s found that the younger and healthier the elderly are, the more likely they are to start a business. Participating in medical insurance can increase the entrepreneurial willingness of the elderly, while participating in the pension insurance can reduce the entrepreneurial willingness of the elderly. The entrepreneurial willingness of the male elderly is mainly influenced by their own human resource, while the female is mainly affected by the social security measures.
