摘要
目的:观察益肾四物汤,改善早期糖尿病肾病微量白蛋白尿的临床效果。方法:选取80例门诊患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组单用奥美沙坦口服。治疗组在服用奥美沙坦基础上,联合中药益肾四物汤治疗。8周后将患者的尿微量白蛋白、血压、血糖进行对比。结果:治疗后两组在尿微量白蛋白、血压、血糖方面均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且治疗组在降低尿微量白蛋白方面更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾四物汤能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白,在控制血压、血糖的同时,通过降低尿蛋白来实现对肾脏的保护作用,临床无不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yishen Siwu decoction(益肾四物汤)on microalbuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with olmesartan with the Yishen Siwu decoction.The control group was given olmesartan Results:Urinary microalbumin,blood pressure and blood glucose were improved,with a difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Urinary albumin was more reduced in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yishen Siwu decoction can effectively reduce urinary microalbumin in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,control blood pressure and blood glucose,protect the kidney by reducing urine protein,without adverse reactions in clinic.
