摘要
课程是人才培养的核心要素。根据金课的标准,分别从教学理念、教学方法和教学过程三个方面,探讨《食品工艺学》课程的“金课”建设之路。利用多媒体教学、翻转课堂、生产实际视频教学、任务驱动式教学等手段,实现“多元混合式”教学,培养学生的综合能力和创新能力。
The curriculum is a core element of talent development. According to the standards of the gold class, this paper explores the road of “gold class” construction of “Food Technology” from three aspects: teaching concept, teaching method and teaching process. Multiple mixed teaching was achieved for training students' comprehensive ability and innovative ability by the use of multimedia teaching, flipping classrooms, production of actual video teaching, task-driven teaching and other means.
