摘要
随着信息技术与业务关系的日益紧密,两者协同联动已成为必然的发展趋势。为解决国家电网有限公司当前信息通信业务运维内容不够清晰全面,业务需求响应有待提升等问题,文章对软件生命周期各重要环节进行分析,清晰阐述了业务运维工作定义,丰富了其工作内容,并对新增工作内容进行详细阐述。初步构建了内容丰富、层次分明,兼具前瞻性与务实性的业务运维工作体系,为电力信息通信业务运维能力提升工作奠定了理论基础。
With the increasingly close relationship between information technology and business, the collaboration between them has become an inevitable trend. In order to solve the problems such as the operation and maintenance contents of the current information communication business of the SGCC are not clear and comprehensive, and the response to the business demands needs to be improved, this paper analyzes each key node of the whole life cycle of the information system, clearly explains the definition of business operation and maintenance work, enriches the content of work items, and elaborates on the newly added work contents. The business operation and maintenance work system with rich content and clear hierarchy, both are forward-looking and pragmatic, has been preliminarily constructed, which laid a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the operation and maintenance capability of the company's information communication business.
