摘要
针对山西某矿矿井供电存在越级跳闸问题,在分析原因基础上,提出了一种基于智能变电站的防越级跳闸方案,该方案采用GOOSE通信网络以及故障隔离技术,实现供电保护设备间信息的快速交换,利用下级供电线路保护功能,可以迅速的对供电故障进行隔离及保护,提高了供电系统的可靠性,避免了越级跳闸出现可能.
Aiming at the problem of over-step tripping in power supply of a mine in Shanxi Province, based on the analysis of the reasons, a scheme of anti-leapfrog tripping based on intelligent substation is proposed. The scheme adopts GOOSE communication network and fault isolation technology to realize the rapid exchange of information between power supply and protection equipment. By using the protection function of lower power supply lines, it can isolate and protect power supply faults quickly, improve the reliability of power supply system and avoid the possibility of over-level tripping.
