摘要 在煤矿井下开采中,结合部分煤矿的井下供电看,存在远程控制难、功能不完善和维护难度大等问题,需要借助数字化技术进行井下供电系统的智能化升级。为此,以一煤矿井下供电为例,先进行智能供电系统改造要求的分析,然后从智能供电监控终端、智能远程通信系统、供电安全监控软件等方面提出智能化供电总体方案,完善供电系统的功能。其次从变电站、变电所智能改造出发,做好要点的落实工作,以期望可以有效提高煤矿供电系统的安全性和智能水平,满足井下高效开采的需要。 In the underground mining of coal mines,there are shortcomings such as difficult remote control,imperfect function and difficult maintenance in the underground power supply of some coal mines,so it is necessary to use digital technology to upgrade the intelligent underground power supply system.Therefore,taking the underground power supply of a coal mine as an example,the transformation requirements of the intelligent power supply system were analyzed first,and then the overall intelligent power supply scheme was proposed from the intelligent power supply monitoring terminal,intelligent remote communication system,power supply security monitoring software and other aspects to improve the function of the power supply system.Starting from substations and the intelligent transformation of substations,the implementation of key points was done well,in order to effectively improve the safety and intelligence level of the coal mine power supply system and meet the needs of efficient underground mining.
