摘要
目的研究彝药斯赤列地上部分挥发油化学成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法对斯赤列地上部分挥发油的化学成分进行分析;运用面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量;利用ORAC法测定斯赤列地上部分挥发油的体外抗氧化活性。结果分离出50个色谱峰,鉴定出34种物质,占挥发油中的总相对质量分数86.73%。其中主要成分为脂肪酸类(59.62%)、醇类(10.27%)、烃类(9.07%)和萜类(5.66%)。结论斯赤列地上部分挥发油以脂肪酸类成分为主,具有一定的抗氧化能力。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents of the volatile oil extracted from the aerial part of Sambucus adnata Wall.. Methods The essential oil from the aerial part was analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each chemical component was determined by the peak area normalization. Moreover, the in vitro antioxidant activity of the essential oil extracted from the aerial part of Sambucus adnata Wall. was determined by ORAC. Results Totally 34 compounds were identified from 50 separated peaks, accounting for 86.73% of total essential oil. The main components included fatty acid(59.62%), alcohol(10.27%), hydrocarbons(9.07%) and terpenoid(5.66%) in the essential oil. Conclusion Fatty acid is the main component in essential oil extracted from the aerial part of Sambucus adnata Wall., with certain antioxidant activity.
