摘要
百合地黄汤出自张仲景《金匮要略》,由百合、生地黄、泉水组成,具有养阴清热、补益心肺之功效,作为临床常用经典方剂,组方简单,临床应用广泛,疗效颇佳,多用于老年皮肤瘙痒症、围绝经期综合征、情志病、肺系疾病、失眠等多方面疾病中。近年来,众多学者在百合地黄汤的源流发展、临床应用以及药理等方面进行研究,取得一定进展,展现出明显优势,但仍存在不足,亟待完善,同时煎煮方法等方面有待规范与完善。
The Baihe Dihuang Decoction comes from Jingui Yaolüe written by Zhang Zhongjing, which is composed of lily buib, unprocessed rehmannia root and spring, and has the effect of nourishing, and clearing heat and enriching heart and lung. Baihe Dihuang Decoction has been widely used in many diseases, such as senile skin pruritus, perimenopausal syndrome, emotional disorders, lung diseases, insomnia and so on, and its curative effect is remarkable. In recent years, many scholars have studied the origin, development, clinical application and pharmacological research of Baihe Dihuang Decoction. Relevant clinical research has also made some progress, but there are still some shortcomings, which need to be improved urgently. Meanwhile, decocting methods need to be standardized and improved.
