摘要
目的运用中医传承辅助平台,总结中国期刊全文数据库(CNk I)中中医药治疗小儿重症肺炎方剂的组方用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集CNk I中中医药治疗小儿重症肺炎的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台进行数据挖掘,分析用药规律。结果对治疗小儿重症肺炎的73条方剂进行分析,得出用药频次以化痰止咳平喘药较高,主要的关联规则是麻杏石甘汤合清金丸,发现核心药物组合22个,挖掘出新处方8个。结论通过中医传承辅助平台对小儿重症肺炎方剂数据进行分析,明确了近年来治疗小儿重症肺炎的用药规律,对中医药治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床研究具有指导意义。
Objective To explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for severe pneumonia collected in CNKI by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance system. Methods The prescriptions used for severe pneumonia in CNKI were collected then input into the TCM inheritance system. TCM heritance system was used to explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for severe pneumonia. Results The composing principles were extracted based on the analyses of 73 cases of prescriptionsby using TCM inheritance system. The frenquency of herbs were analyzed. The main association rule was Maxing Shigan Decoction and Qingfei Pill. There were 22 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions extracted. Conclusion The complex composing principles of prescriptions for severe pneumonia collected in CNKI have been clarified by TCM inheritance system. The TCM inheritance system is very helpful to study the treatment for viral pneumonia by TCM.
