摘要
航天商业化是各航天国家发展航天事业的必经之路。我国的商业航天起步晚,但发展速度较快,随着空间技术的迅猛发展和航天商业化的不断推进,我国亟须制定本国的航天基本法。从当下世界航天大趋势来看,商业航天得到蓬勃发展和广泛应用。联系我国外层空间领域技术发展的基本国情和我国的商业航天化现状及世界几个主要航天国家的商业航天发展现状,我国需进一步加强对航天商业化的政策与法律支持,高度关注我国未来商业航天领域的立法方向以及私人主体的准入等我国航天商业化进程中面临的几个重要的空间法问题。
Space Commercialization is the only way for every space country to develop space industry. China’s commercial space started late but developed rapidly. With the rapid development of space technology and the continuous promotion of commercialization of space, China urgently needs to formulate its own outer space law. Starting from the current world space trend, this paper briefly introduces the vigorous development of commercial space and its wide application, and then describes the current situation of commercial space in China and the development status of commercial space in several major space countries in the world. Secondly, China should enhance focuses on the policy and legal support for the commercialization of space industry, and put the emphasis on the legislative direction of commercial space industry in the future. Finally, the article introduced several important space law issues in the process of commercialization of China’s space industry, such as access of private entities.
