摘要
临床实习教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,是实习医学生由学生向临床医师转变的关键环节。临床实习效果关系到医学人才的培养质量,产科临床实习有其特殊性,目前教学质量下降明显,实习教学工作面临着前所未有的困难与挑战。本文针对我院本科实习生临床实习教学进行若干思考,从实习生实习、带教模式、教学基地建设等三方面,分析其中存在的问题,初步探讨提高教学质量的对策,积极改善临床实习教学,以便实习生在有限时间内高质量完成培训目标。
Clinical practice teaching is an important part of medical education, and it is a key link for students in medical students to change from clinical students to clinicians. The clinical practice effect is related to the quality of medical personnel training and the clinical practice of department of obstetrics has its particularity. At present, the quality of teaching has dropped significantly, and the practice of teaching internship faces unprecedented difficulties and challenges. This paper focuses on the clinical practice teaching of undergraduate interns in our college. From three aspects of internship, teaching mode and teaching base construction, this paper analyzes the problems, preliminarily discusses countermeasures of improving teaching quality and actively improve clinical practice teaching in so that the interns can complete the training objectives in limited time.
