摘要
以A钢厂四流扁坯连铸机的钩钢机为例,详细阐述了钩钢机的工作周期确定、钩钢机结构形式和主要性能参数的设计、车轮强度校核、走行传动和升降传动设计以及车架强度校核方法,通过工程实践证明,采用本文介绍的方法设计的四流扁坯连铸机钩钢机,现场运行稳定,达到了工艺设计要求,满足了生产的需要。
Taking the cross transfer manipulator of the four-strand slab billet continuous caster of steel plant A as an example,this paper introduces the operating period determination,structure form and main performance parameters design of cross transfer manipulator,wheel strength check,running drive and lifting drive design,frame strength check and so on.It has been verified by engineering practice that the cross transfer manipulator of four-strand slab billet continuous caster designed by the method described in this paper operated stably on work site and achieved technical design requirements and production needs.
