介绍了攀成钢电炉厂三流弧形连铸机生产线上铸坯输送横向移动设备——移钢机的功能、控制原理;分析了原移钢机编码器位置测量系统的缺陷及其影响;提出并成功实施了用激光测距技术对原位置测量系统的改造方案;对类似设备提出了推广应用的建议。
Describes the functions, control theory of the conveyor transversely mobile devices moving steel machine in the three flow billet continuous casting machine production line of EAF steel mills of CSST;analysised of the original machine encoder position measurement system defects and their impact; proposed and successfully implemented with a laser distance measuring method of the original measure- ment system reform program; recommended the use of similar devices against harsh environments.
