摘要
基于CiteSpace的可视化分析,并结合高被引文献的阅读,总结了国外第二居所研究的特征、阶段与热点;国外第二居所研究呈现出总量上波动上升、学科上呈交叉融合、区域上由发达国家向发展中国家扩散的趋势,欧洲、北美与南非是第二居所研究的核心区域,该领域的研究已形成两个核心学术共同体;第二居所的研究可以划分为3个阶段:初始复兴期(1996年~2003年),研究成果较少;快速复兴期(2004年~2012年),研究成果迅速增加,研究视角趋于多元化;全面复兴期(2013年~2018年),研究区域不断向欠发达地区扩张,新的热点不断出现。主要研究热点包括第二居所的概念体系与理论辨析,第二居所旅游影响,第二居所业主行为特征与情感依恋。
Based on the visualization analysis of CiteSpace and the reading of highly cited literature,this paper summarizes the characteristics,stages and hotspots of the research on the second home in foreign countries.The research on the second home in foreign countries shows the trend of increasing fluctuation in total amount,cross-integration in disciplines,regional diffusion from developed countries to developing countries,Europe and North.The United States and South Africa are the core areas of the second home research,and the research in this field has formed two core academic communities.The second home research can be divided into three stages:the initial revival period(1996~2003),with fewer research results;the rapid revival period(2004~2012),with the rapid increase of research results and the diversification of research perspectives.In the comprehensive revival period(2013~2018),the research area has been expanding to less developed areas,and new hot spots have been emerging.The main research hotspots include the conceptual system and theoretical analysis of the second residence,the impact of the second residence tourism,the behavior characteristics and emotional attachment of the second residence owners.
