摘要
[目的]观察封闭式负压吸引联合八珍汤治疗老年3期、4期压疮的临床效果,为治疗老年压疮提供临床依据。[方法]选取2016年1月—2017年12月郑州市第九人民医院老年科收治的老年3期、4期压疮患者72例,随机分为2组,对照组36例,治疗组36例。对照组采用封闭负压吸引治疗,治疗组采用封闭负压吸引联合八珍汤治疗。观察对比两组治疗总有效率,压疮愈合评分(PUSH)及换药次数。[结果]对照组总有效率为58.33%,治疗组总有效率为80.56%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组PUSH评分为(10.40±4.01)分,治疗组PUSH评分为(6.20±4.49)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组平均换药次数为(19.50±3.24)次,治疗组平均换药次数为(16.30±2.71)次,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]封闭式负压吸引联合八珍汤治疗老年3期、4期压疮从治疗总有效率、PUSH评分、换药次数方面均优于单纯封闭式负压吸引治疗。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of closed negative pressure suction combined with Bazhen decoction in the treatment of stage 3 and stage 4 pressure injury in the elderly,and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of pressure injury in the elderly.[Methods] Selected 72 elderly patients with stage 3 and stage 4 pressure injuries in our department of Geriatrics from January 2016 to December 2017,divided randomly into two groups:there were 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with closed negative pressure suction,while the treatment group was treated by closed negative pressure suction combined with Bazhen decoction. Observed and compared the total effective rate,PUSH score and dressing change times.[Results] The total effective rate was 58.33% in the control group and 80.56% in the treatment group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the pressure ulcer healing score (PUSH) score of the control group was 10.40±4.01,and that of the treatment group was 6.20±4.49. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average times of dressing changes in the control group was 19.50±3.24 and that in the treatment group was 16.30±2.71. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Closed negative pressure suction combined with Bazhen decoction is superior to simple closed negative pressure suction in terms of total effective rate,PUSH and dressing change.
