摘要社会力量参与公共文化服务体系建设的河南实践,其特点主要表现在多元化行动机制与多样化参与模式两个方面,即以城镇广场文化和乡村民俗文化为主的两种文化建设;以资金资助、项目合作、志愿服务为主的三种行动机制;以公办民助、民办公助、民间自办为主的三种参与模式。针对社会力量参与公共文化服务体系建设目前存在的发展困境和能力困境,应优化文化服务平台、创建社会化合作系统、构建多元合作的地方性治理机制、细化扶持机制,以促进社会力量更好参与公共文化服务体系建设。
