摘要
结合潘一选煤厂煤泥粒度组成,分析了高灰细泥对分选过程的不利影响,提出了采用预先脱泥+矿浆准备+两次浮选的工艺流程,并重点介绍了浮选系统关键设备入料脱泥池、雾化-跌落式矿浆准备器、FJC煤用喷射式浮选机的结构、工作原理及工艺效果。生产实践表明,潘一选煤厂脱泥两次浮选工艺取得了良好效果,具有系统简单、设备效率高、动力和药耗少以及产品质量优等特点。
Based on the size composition of coal slime in Panyi coal preparation, analyzed the negative effect of high ash content fine slime on separation process, presented technological process of pre - des-liming plus pulp conditioning and two times flotation and emphasized on the structures, working principles process result of feed desliming pool, atomizing drop pulp conditioner and FJC jet flotation machine which are the key equipment in flotation system. The production practice show that the desliming and two times flotation process obtained good effect in Panyi coal preparation, this process have features of simple in system, high efficiency for equipment, low consumption in power and flotation agent and high quality for product.
