摘要
酒炙可改变药物性能,引药入经,扩大心血管疾病用药范围,提高药物治疗心血管疾病的疗效;酒炙可增强药物活血化瘀功效;以酒入方,可发挥酒行气通阳的功效,瓜蒌薤白白酒汤和瓜蒌薤白半夏汤均可用于治疗胸痹;酒水亦可合煎入药;酒可以以丸散入药而治疗心胸部疼痛,其发挥的主要作用为行气通阳,温养气血,助药力。酒的炮制、以药入方、煎煮入药的功效得到了现代药理研究的证实。
Alcohol burning can change the drug nature and function,guide drugs into the related meridians,expand the scope of cardiovascular disease medication,and improve the curative effect of drug treatment for cardiovascular diseases.It can also enhance the effect of drug′s activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Wind can be added into a prescription to play the role of promoting qi and dredging yang,so that′s why Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and White Wine Decoction,and Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction can both be used to treat chest arthralgia.Wine can also be decocted into medicine.Wine can be made into pills or powder to treat heart and chest pain,and its main role is to promote qi and dredge yang,warm qi and nourish blood,and help exert drug functions.The wine processing,entering a prescription as a drug,participation in a decoction have been confirmed by modern pharmacological studies.
