摘要
为研究压裂过程单裂缝中入口速度(排量)、粒径等因素对支撑剂铺置运移影响规律,运用CFD数值模拟软件,建立简化二维模型,鉴于以往模型出口设置引起支撑剂回流铺置,设计模型出口为全开出口。模拟结果表明:随着排量的增大,支撑剂主要沉降区向裂缝深处移动,同时,入口处湍流效应增加,近井筒区域支撑剂空缺带变大,降低支撑剂铺置效果;增加砂比到一定值,其对砂堤形态的影响逐渐减小;高排量、高砂比时,在一段时间内,砂堤高度先逐渐增高再降低达到平衡高度,砂堤形态非均匀性先增大再减小。
In order to study the influences of fracturing liquid flow rate at the inlet of single crack and proppant particle size on the proppant migration laying law in the crack,a simplified two-dimensional single crack model was established by using CFD numerical simulation software.In view of the fact that the setting of the previous model outlet opening would cause the backflow of proppant,the outlet of the model was set as full-open outlet.The simulation results show that with the increase of flow rate of fracturing liquid,the depth of the main subsidence zone of proppant in the crack increase,and because the turbulence effect at the entrance of the crack increases,the laying of proppant decreases near the wellbore,and the laying effect becomes worse.With the increase of sand content to a certain value,its influence on the shape of sand dike decreases gradually;under large flow rate and high sand content,the height of sand dike increases gradually at first and then decreases to reach equilibrium height.
