摘要
通过研究支撑剂在受力平衡时的沉降运动,综合分析固-液两相流中颗粒受力情况及其非平衡状态下的运动机理,推导出支撑剂在压裂液中的沉降公式,在此基础上建立了裂缝内支撑剂输送的数学模型。该模型在已知裂缝几何尺寸的情况下,考虑了颗粒的二维流动以及剪切作用对液体粘度的影响下,应用有限差分方法模拟了水力压裂过程中支撑剂的输送过程;并采用预测-校正方法对模型求解,能提高计算的速度及精度,使得数值模拟的结果与输送过程中的实际情况更加接近。
On the basis of research on proppant settling equation in stationary fluids,a proppant settling equation was derived by comprehensive analysis the motion mechanism of the particle stress conditions in solid-liquid flow and non-equilibrium condition,also a mathematical model of proppant transport was based on it.The finite difference method was used to simulate the proppant transporting process in fracturing,and two-dimensional flow of proppant was considered.By using the predicting-correcting method ,the speed and precision during the solving process are improved,the result of numerical simulate and the actual situation are more closer.
