摘要
目的:观察专题强化创优护理在原发性肝癌肝动脉栓塞术后患者肝区疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年11月—2017年10月专题强化创优护理实施前41例原发性肝癌患者为对照组,2017年11—至2018年10月专题强化创优护理实施后41例原发性肝癌患者为观察组,两组均接受肝动脉化疗栓塞术。对照组对术后肝区疼痛行常规管理,观察组针对术后肝区疼痛施以专题强化创优护理干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:观察组化疗栓塞病例干预后疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用专题强化创优护理对原发性肝癌患者接受肝动脉化疗栓塞术后肝区疼痛加以干预,可显著改善患者术后肝区疼痛程度与睡眠质量,提升生活质量。
Objective:Strengthen the application effect of quality nursing in pain management in patients with primary liver cancer after hepatic artery embolization in observation.Methods:The special strengthening of quality nursing before the implementation(November 2016 to October 2017)and after implementation(November 2017 to October 2018)in hospital received hepatic arterial chemoembolization of primary liver cancer cases of all 41 cases as the research object,the two groups were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization conventional nursing,the control group of nursing postoperative liver area the pain underwent routine management,test group for postoperative pain in liver area to strengthen the special quality nursing intervention,compared with two group after the observation of the index prognosis.Results:After the intervention,the pain scores and the sleep quality scores of the three time nodes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of special care to strengthen excellence cases of primary liver cancer received hepatic arterial chemoembolization after the liver pain intervention,can significantly improve the quality of the degree of pain and sleep the liver embolism cases after the operation,improve the quality of life.
