摘要
薇菜享誉有“山菜之王”美誉,是一种药食同源的山野菜佳品,在山野菜消费市场占有十分重要地位。对我国薇菜的资源特点、营养特性研究进展及产品加工、开发现状进行综述,以期为薇菜深加工产业的发展提供相关参考。
Osmunda,known as“the king of wild vegetables”and a product of affinal drug and diet,plays a key role in the market. The distribution of Osmunda,the nutrient properties,and its processing were reviewed,which was expected to provide some references for the development of Osmunda.
