摘要
针对四川江铜稀土牦牛坪稀土选矿厂稀土综合回收率较低,重晶石、萤石精矿品位不达标的现状,提出采用混合浮选工艺预先富集稀土、重晶石和萤石,然后采用湿式强磁选机分离稀土获得稀土精矿,最后对磁选尾矿进行重晶石和萤石依次优先浮选分离的新工艺,通过试验验证,该工艺解决了原设计工艺存在的问题,提高了选矿厂稀土综合回收率,并获得了合格重晶石精矿和萤石精矿。
In view of the low comprehensive recovery rate of rare earth and the substandard grade of barite and fluorite concentrate in Maoniuping rare earth concentrator of Jiangxi Copper Sichuan. In this paper, the rare earth, barite and fluorite are pre-concentrated by a mixed flotation process, and then the rare-earth concentrate is obtained by using a wet strong magnetic separator, and the new process for separating the barite and the fluorite from the magnetic separation tailings in turn is carried out in sequence. Through test verification, the process solves the problems existing in the original design process, improves the comprehensive recovery rate of rare earth in concentrator, and obtains qualified barite concentrate and fluorite concentrate.
