摘要
萤石是氟工业的重要原料,根据伴生矿物组分不同,萤石矿可分为石英型、方解石型、重晶石型以及多金属共生型等4种类型,归纳总结不同类型萤石矿的浮选工艺技术研究现状,有利于推动萤石浮选工艺技术的进步和发展。从研究与实践看,石英型萤石矿浮选分离较容易,采用普通水玻璃抑制石英,脂肪酸类捕收萤石,萤石矿物嵌布粒度细时强化磨矿即可获得理想的萤石精矿。方解石型萤石矿因方解石和萤石可浮性相近,浮选分离较困难,一般需以酸化水玻璃或组合抑制剂才能实现对方解石的选择性抑制。重晶石型萤石矿一般采用重晶石和萤石混浮,再用淀粉、栲胶、木质素磺酸钠等有机抑制剂或组合抑制剂抑制重晶石的浮选分离工艺。多金属共生型萤石矿一般采用优先浮选工艺,即先用硫化矿捕收剂浮硫化金属矿物,再用脂肪酸类捕收剂浮萤石的浮选工艺。实践表明,组合药剂的选择和新型药剂的研发在难选萤石矿的浮选中具有广阔的应用前景,是萤石浮选的重要研究方向。
Fluorite is an important raw material to fluoride industry.Based on the difference of associated mineral compo-sition,fluorite ores can be divided into quartz type,calcite type,barite type and polymetallic intergrowth type.Summarization ofthe research status on flotation process technology of different types of fluorite ores will be conducive to the advancement anddevelopment of fluorite flotation process technology.As shown from the research and practice,quartz type fluorite is easy to flo-tation separation,using normal water glass to depress quartz and fatty acid to collect fluorite.Eligible fluorite concentrate can beachieved by enhanced grinding when fluorite is finely disseminated.Calcite type fluorite is difficult to flotation due to the simi-larity of floatability between calcite and fluorite.Acidic water glass or composite depressant is generally needed to selectivelydepress calcite.As for barite type fluorite,flotation separation process of barite and fluorite bulk flotation firstly and then de-pressing barite with organic depressant such as starch,tannin extract and sodium lignosulphonate or composite depressant is u-sually applied.For polymetallic intergrowth type fluorite,selective floatation process is usually used,which means sulfide miner-als will be floated firstly with sulphydryl collector,and then fluorite can be floated with fatty acid collector.Practice indicatesthat choice of combined reagents and development of new reagents has an extensive application prospect in the flotation of re-fractory fluorite ores and is an important research aspect to fluorite flotation.
