不同pH值下椰油酰谷氨酸二钠的发泡及稳泡性能研究 被引量:1

Study on foaming and foam stabilization of disodium coconut oleyl glutamate at different p H values

摘要 椰油酰谷氨酸二钠是一种氨基酸表面活性剂,是日常洗护用品的重要组成,研究椰油酰谷氨酸二钠的发泡与稳泡性能对改善其使用性能具有重要意义。采用Warning-Blender方法、倾注法研究不同pH值下,椰油酰谷氨酸二钠的发泡及稳泡性能,通过微观分析法、表面与界面张力测试法研究椰油酰谷氨酸二钠消泡机理,研究结果表明,椰油酰谷氨酸二钠对pH值以及浓度的敏感性较强,pH值为10、浓度为8.5g·L-1可最大程度发挥发泡性能,pH值为10时稳泡性较强;pH值为8与7结果相似,添加0.25%~0.35%的XC稳泡剂、FA367稳泡剂得到的椰油酰谷氨酸二钠的发泡性能与稳泡性能最优;酸性环境,椰油酰谷氨酸二钠泡沫产生油滴使泡沫结构稳破损。 Coconut oleyl glutamate disodium is an amino acid surfactant and an important component of daily cleaning products. It is important to study the foaming and foaming properties of coconut oleyl glutamate disodium for improving its performance. Warning-Blender method and pouring method were used to study the foaming and stabilizing properties of coconut acyl glutamate disodium at different pH values. The defoaming mechanism of coconut acyl glutamate disodium was studied by means of microscopic analysis and surface and interfacial tension testing. The results showed that coconut acyl glutamate disodium had strong sensitivity to pH and concentration, and could be maximized at pH 10 and concentration of 8.5g·L^-1. Foaming performance, pH value =10 stable foam prop- erty;pH value=8 and pH value=7 results are similar, adding 0.25% to 0.35% XC stabilizer, FA367 stabilizer foam coconut glutamic acid two sodium foaming property and stable foam performance is best;acidic environment, coconut glutamic acid two sodium foam produces oil droplets to make foam structure stable damage.
