摘要
为了及早发现油浸式变压器长期运行时可能存在的异常升温问题,基于热电类比法和传热理论,利用试验方法获取变压器绕组饼间热阻,代入建立的变压器绕组分布式参数热路模型,用Matlab获取仿真结果,分析变压器绕组热点温度及其位置。通过搭建变压器温升试验平台,采集变压器关键点温度信息对绕组热点温度进行测试分析。实测数据与仿真数据对比结果表明:在额定功率下,热点位于42~47cm,仿真数据与实测数据偏差不大于0.5℃;在1.3倍额定功率下,热点位于42~47cm,仿真结果与实测结果偏差不大于0.7℃,证实了模型的可行性。
For purpose of finding out possible abnormal warming of the oil-immersed transformer in long-time running,having the thermoelectric analogy and heat transfer theory based and the test method adopted to obtain thermal resistance between the transformer winding cakes were implemented, including having the obtained thermal resistance brought into the distributed parameter heat circuit model of the transformer winding, simulating it with Matlab and analyzing hot spot temperature and its position of the transformer winding. Measuring the hot spot temperature of winding, setting up a transformer temperature rise’s experimental platform and collecting the temperature information of key points of the transformer, as well as having the measured data compared with simulation data show that, the hot spot stays between 42cm and 47cm at a rated power, and the deviation between simulation data and measured data is less than or equal to 0.5℃;At a 1.3 times rated power, the hot spot is between 42cm and 47cm and the deviation between the results and the measured results is less than 0.7℃, which proves the feasibility of the model.
