摘要
油浸式电力变压器的热点温度直接决定了变压器的负载能力及运行寿命,准确地获取变压器热点温度是保证变压器安全、高效、可靠运行的关键。针对影响变压器热路模型精度的因素,如绕组损耗、变压器油粘度、变压器散热条件等,提出了变压器的热路参数修正方法,建立了具有较高精度的变压器热点温升计算改进模型。通过变压器温升实测数据与模型仿真计算数据的比较,验证了改进热路模型的有效性和准确性。
The hot-spot temperature of oil-immersed power transformer directly determines the load capacity and operating life of the transformer, so obtaining the accurate hot-spot temperature of transformer is the key to its safe, efficient and reliable operation. Aiming at such influence factors of transformer thermal circuit model as winding losses, transformer oil viscosity and cooling conditions, the author puts forward the correction method of transformer's thermal circuit parameters and builds high-precision temperature rise calculation model for transformer's dynamic hot spots. In addition,the validity and accuracy of improved thermal circuit model is verified by comparing the calculated temperature rise data and model simulation data.
