摘要
以构树和稻草为原料,按照鲜重质量比10∶0(A组)、9∶1(B组)、8∶2(C组)、7∶3(D组)混合调制青贮饲料,常温下贮存7、15、30、60d。结果表明:随着发酵时间延长,青贮饲料pH呈下降趋势,乳酸含量呈上升趋势,且发酵60d时B组pH最低,为4.84;4种比例发酵60d评分均为良好,且都高于90分;发酵60d时,A组蛋白质含量(16.95%)显著高于B、C、D组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(41.16%、23.18%)显著低于B、C、D组(P<0.05);添加稻草处理中,B组蛋白质含量显著高于D组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于D组,酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于C、D组(P<0.05)。综合V-Score评分、pH及营养品质考虑,推荐构树与稻草混合青贮以鲜重质量比9∶1,发酵60d左右为宜。
In this experiment, the silage was prepared from Broussonetia papyrifera and rice straw in proportion of fresh weight to mass ratio of 10∶0 (group A), 9∶1 (group B), 8∶2 (group C) and 7∶3 (group D).The silage was stored at room temperature for 7、15、30 and 60 days.The results showed that with the prolongation of fermentation time, the pH value of silage decreased, and the lactic acid content increased.The lowest pH value of group B was 4.84 at 60 days of fermentation.The scores of 60 days of four proportions fermentation were all good, and were higher than 90 points.At 60 days of fermentation, CP content in group A(16.95%) was significantly higher than that in group B, C and D (P < 0.05), NDF and ADF content (41.16% and 23.18%) was significantly lower than that in group B, C and D (41.16% and 23.18%(P < 0.05), respectively.The CP content in group B was significantly higher than that in group D (P < 0.05), NDF content in group B was significantly lower than that in group D, and ADF content was significantly lower than that in group C and D (P < 0.05).Considering V-Score score, pH value and nutritional quality, it is recommended that the ratio of fresh weight to quality of Mixed Silage of Broussonetia papyrifera and rice straw should be 9∶1 and fermentation time should be about 60 days.
