桑叶粉和桑叶精油对赤拟谷盗的驱避效应及主要挥发性成分的GS-MS分析鉴定 被引量:11

摘要 植物源杀虫剂因其高效、低毒、低残留、选择性强、害虫不易产生抗性等优点,成为研究和开发新型储粮防护剂的焦点。以桑叶粉和桑叶精油对赤拟谷盗产生驱避现象为出发点,采用顶空固相微萃取法萃取桑叶粉和桑叶精油的气味成分,并进行GC-MS分析,确定了桑叶粉及桑叶精油中的化合物成分;对桑叶中的主要驱虫成分做了鉴定并筛选出5种桑叶挥发性成分中的主要单体化合物,即叶醇(11.67%)、柠檬烯(14.98%)、香叶基丙酮(13.51%)、β-紫罗兰酮(12.26%)和苯甲酸己烯酯(14.44%)。通过开展对赤拟谷盗的驱避试验,结果显示,驱避作用随处理浓度的增大而增强,随时间的延长而逐渐降低。6 h内,5 g的桑叶粉(单位面积质量浓度为157.2 mg/cm 2 )对赤拟谷盗的驱避率在80%以上,驱避等级达到Ⅴ级,驱避效果显著;12 h内,浓度为1%和0.8%的桑叶精油(单位面积体积浓度分别为0.125 8 μL/cm 2 和0.100 6 μL/cm 2 )对赤拟谷盗的驱避率大于80%,驱避等级达到Ⅴ级,驱避效果显著。这将为后续进一步探究各类化合物对赤拟谷盗的驱避效应提供参考。 In recent years, plant-sourced insecticides have become the focus of R&D of new grain storage agents because of their advantages such as high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, high selectivity, and resistance to pests. In this paper, the repelling phenomenon of mulberry leaf and mulberry essential oil on the triboliumcastaneum were firstly analyzed, after that, the odor components of mulberry leaf and mulberry essential oil were extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction and analyzed by GC-MS, which identified chemical composition of mulberry leaf and mulberry essential oil. By identifying the mainly insect-repellent components of mulberry leaves, five main monomer compounds of mulberry leaf are screened out, that is, leaf alcohol (11.67%), limonene (14.98%), geranylacetone (13.51%),β-ionone (12.26%) and hexyl benzoate (14.44%), respectively. Through the repellent test on the tribolium confusum, it was shown that the repellent effect would increase with increasing treatment concentration and gradually decrease with time. Within 6 h, 5 g of mulberry leaf powder (mass concentration per unit area was 157.2 mg/cm 2 ) had a repellent rate of over 80% for the Triboliumcastaneum, and the repellent level reached V, which shows the repellent effect was significant;within 12h, 1% concentration and 0.8%concentration of mulberry essential oil (unit volume concentration of 0.125 8 μL/cm 2 and 0.100 6 μL/cm 2 , respectively) has a repellent rate that more than 80% for the Triboliumcastaneum, and the repellent level reaches V, which also showed that the repellent effect is remarkable. This experiment will provide a theoretical basis for further investigation of the repellent effects of various compounds against Triboliumcastaneum.
