摘要
文章研究了PESMEL全自动穿眼缠绕小车的设备组成,缠绕小车滑线式的供电技术、CANopen无线通信技术和变频器控制技术的应用,并对实际使用过程中出现的主要问题进行分析及改进,减少了设备的故障次数,提高了设备的维护效率。
This paper studies the equipment compositions of PESMEL full automatic Through Eye Wrapping Head and the applications of the sliding contact power supply technology, the CANopen wireless communication technology and the inverter control technology. It analyzes and improves the main problems in the actual use process, reducing the numbers of equipment failures, improving the maintenance efficiency of equipment.
