摘要
为了使气相防锈纸在输送中有良好的稳定性、确保钢卷包装的质量和美观程度,对送纸机的结构进行了改进设计。详细分析影响自动送纸机送纸过程稳定性的因素以及送纸过程的力学特性,给出了在不过多增加制造成本前提下预防纸张跑偏和起皱的方法。
The structures of automatic paper - feeding mechanism were improved in order to ensure running stably and packing quality and appearance beautiful using vapor phase inhibitor paper. The affection stability factors and the mechanical characteristics during automatic paper - feeding were analyzed. The methods of prevention corrugating and snaking were offered that manufacture cost was not increasing.
