摘要
目的探析胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速心律失常中的应用价值及安全性。方法随机划分2018年1—12月该院接收的74例快速型心律失常患者,对照组(n=37)开展心律平治疗方案,研究组(n=37)接受胺碘酮治疗方案,统计各组血压、心率、不良反应发生率。结果在不良反应发生率方面,研究组与对照组分别是21.62%和5.41%,研究组较对照组更低(χ^2=4.163,P=0.041);在心率、舒张压及收缩压方面,对照组分别是(147.52±7.48)次/min、(66.32±4.18)mmHg和(89.41±6.35)mmHg,研究组分别是(134.25±9.63)次/min、(55.15±3.49)mmHg、(75.14±5.32)mmHg,研究组均较对照组更低(t=6.619、12.477、10.478,P=0.000)。结论胺碘酮在快速型心律失常疾病急诊治疗中效果明显,不仅可以缓解心率、血压等,同时有助于避免不良反应的发生,改善P-R间期和Q-R间期,值得采纳并推广。
Objective To investigate the value and safety of amiodarone in emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia. Methods A total of 74 patients with tachyarrhythmia received from this hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled. The control group (n=37) underwent a rhythm treatment program, and the study group (n=37) received a amiodarone regimen, the blood pressure, heart rate, and adverse reaction rate of each group were counted. Results In the incidence of adverse reactions, the study group and the control group were 5.41% and 21.62%, respectively, the study group was lower than the control group (χ^2=4.163,P=0.041);in terms of heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure, the control group They were (147.52±7.48) times/min,(66.32±4.18) mmHg and (89.41±6.35) mmHg, respectively, and the study group was (134.25±9.63) times/min,(55.15±3.49) mmHg,(75.14±5.32) mmHg group, lower than the control group (t=6.619, 12.477, 10.478,P=0.000). Conclusion Amiodarone is effective in the emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia disease, which can not only relieve heart rate and blood pressure, but also help to avoid adverse reactions and improve P-R interval and Q-R interval. It is worthy of adoption and promotion.
