支气管哮喘患儿血清炎性因子水平与氧化应激状态评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察、分析支气管哮喘患儿血清炎性因子水平与氧化应激状态评估效果。方法选取2015年8月—2018年8月期间来该院就诊的120例支气管哮喘患儿作为实验组患者,同时同期选择138名体检儿童作为对照组。分析两组的血清炎性因子水平与氧化应激状态。结果实验组患儿在发作期的MCP-1、MDC、Hs-CRP 方面,差异显著,实验组发作期MCP-1(181.97±4.76)ng/L,缓解期MCP-1(91.64±4.64)ng/L,对照组MCP-1(74.03±3.77)ng/L。实验组发作期MDC(963.75±19.53)ng/L,缓解期MDC(659.43±14.42)ng/L,对照组MDC(385.25±12.53)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=177.483 1,P=0.000 0;t=257.905 4,P=0.000 0;t=70.525 9,P=0.000 0)。结论在支气管哮喘患儿的治疗中,需要实时有效的针对患儿血清炎性因子水平与氧化应激状态进行评估,氧化应激状态和支气管哮喘患儿炎性因子水平失衡存在一定的联系,被视为是参与支气管哮喘发病过程的关键因素之一,值得应用。 Objective To observe and analyze the serum inflammatory factor levels and oxidative stress status in children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were enrolled as the experimental group. At the same time, 138 physical examination children were selected as the control group. Serum inflammatory factor levels and oxidative stress status were analyzed in both groups. Results There were significant differences in MCP-1, MDC, and Hs-CRP in the experimental group, MCP-1 (181.97±4.76) ng/L in the attack group and MCP-1 (91.64±4.64)ng/L in the remission period, control group MCP-1(74.03±3.77)ng/L. The experimental group had MDC (963.75±19.53) ng/L in the attack phase, MDC (659.43±14.42) ng/L in the remission phase, and MDC (385.25±12.53) ng/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=177.483 1, P=0.000 0;t=257.905 4, P=0.000 0;t=70.525 9, P=0.000 0). Conclusion In the treatment of children with bronchial asthma, it is necessary to evaluate the serum inflammatory factor level and oxidative stress status in children in real time. There is a certain relationship between oxidative stress status and the imbalance of inflammatory factors in children with bronchial asthma. It is considered to be one of the key factors involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and is worth applying.
