摘要
周围性面瘫是一种常见病,西医早期应用激素、抗病毒药物、营养神经治疗具有一定疗效,但大部分患者效果欠佳,甚至存在后遗症。中医治疗周围性面瘫有悠久的历史,其中针灸能够有效治疗该病,目前电针的应用能显著提高临床效果。本文对电针治疗周围性面瘫的时机选择、波形选择、穴位选择及预后判断予以概述,以期为临床治疗该病提供指导。
Peripheral facial paralysis is a common disease, early application of hormone, antiviral drugs and nutritional nerve therapy in western medicine for which has a certain therapy effect, but there were poor effects even with sequelae in most patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, acupuncture has a significant effect in the treatment of the disease. At present, applying electroacupuncture can significantly improve the therapy effect. In this paper, the choice of time, waveform, acupoint and prognosis of electroacupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis were summarized, so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment of the disease.
