摘要
目的:观察比较综合针灸疗法和单纯针灸治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用针刺配合艾条灸、穴位注射治疗,对照组采用单纯针灸治疗。结果:治疗组32例,总有效率达96.9%,较单纯针刺治疗(有效率为53.6%)差异有显著性意义。结论:针灸、穴位注射综合治疗,有助于提高顽固性面瘫的疗效。
Objective： Observe more comprehensive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and clinical curative effect of treating the obstinate facial paralysis of simple acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods： Treat group adopt acupuncture mix Hat Yai pieces of moxibustion, point is it treat to inject, contrast group adopt simple acupuncture and moxibustion treat. Results： 32 cases in Treat group, is always up to 96.9%, having remarkable effect compared with that only with acupancture （53.6%）. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatments of the acupuncture and moxibustion, point injection can contribute to improving the curative effect of the obstinate facial paralysis.
