摘要
黄曲霉菌是一种真菌,人体的许多疾病都是由于感染这种真菌而引起的。而这种真菌普遍存在于发霉、变质的食物当中,因而严重威胁着人们的饮食安全。基于此,相关医疗人员正在积极研究如何防治黄曲霉菌及毒素的传播问题,从而为人们提供放心、安心的食物。目前,主要的研究工作就是对微生物的运用问题,本文主要对能够有效防治黄曲霉菌及毒素的微生物种类进行介绍,并分析了研究现状。
Aspergillus flavus is a kind of fungus. Many diseases in human are caused by the infection of this fungus. But this kind of fungus generally exists in the moldy, the bad food, thus seriously threatens the people’s food safety. Based on this, medical personnel are actively studying how to prevent the spread of aspergillus flavus and toxins, so as to provide people with safe and reassuring food. At present, the main research work is the application of microorganisms. This paper mainly introduced the microbial species that can effectively control aspergillus flavus and toxins, and analyzed the research status.
